There has been a lack of integration with your intelligence so now there is fear, doubt, shame, etc. First thing to do on the spiritual path is to dissolve your personality enough to realize how foolish you have been & that your limiting beliefs are the root of all your problems. If you cannot laugh at yourself, you will always be stuck in your mess.
